Skype consultations now available!

I am happy to offer Skype consultations for those unable to attend my clinic in person. I also offer Skype follow up consultations for those traveling or who are not based in the UK. I am also able respond to simple questions across the net. I have three clinics the Skype virtual clinic, one in Central London in New Cavendish Street, W1. The other is in Jersey, Channel Islands.

If you wish to have Skype consultation please contact me via Skype using my email address and initiate contact stating you wish to have a consultation. I will then have a brief conversation with you and a formal questionnaire will be sent to your email address. You will need to download the form, fill it in, scan it and send it back to me prior to the consultation.

Payment for Skype consultations, is made in advance via PayPal. When undertaking a Skype consultation I do not charge for overrun time. Skype is the only system I use for this form of contact, I do not use any of the other systems available.

Skype days are usually Mondays and Tuesdays, though I am more flexible concerning Skype appointments. Skype appointments are not administered by my secretarial service.

Cancellation fees

You may change the time of your appointment at no cost for another appointment on the same day or an adjacent working day.

If you do not attend without providing 48 hours notice the full fee will be charged. I operate a policy of £25 non-transferable and non-refundable booking fee. If you provide 48 hours prior notice the full cancellation fee will not be charged but you will be subject to pay the booking fee of £25.
