You may change the time of your appointment at no cost for another appointment on the same day or an adjacent working day.
If you do not attend without providing 48 hours notice the full fee will be charged.
I operate a policy of £25 non-transferable and non-refundable booking fee. If you provide 48 hours prior notice the full cancelation fee will not be charged but you will be subject to pay the booking fee of £25.
